These two bronze “Boxing Hares” are on separate bases and can be arranged as you wish. Each whimsical bronze hare has long ears and limbs. Brown hares are famous for their energetic behavior, and during the month of March, in particular, they are known to ‘box’ frantically with one another. This fast and furious display is thought have sparked the phrase, ‘Mad as a March hare.’ These hare sculptures are sold as a pair, but you can special order either one individually $2,300.00.
